Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $10 for postage for all orders within Australia
(for purchases of shoes within Australia, postage is $20) Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement.
We also offer free shipping for all sales that are over $100. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day (during Christmas trade, please allow 48hrs).
Returns:
Bobbie and Co does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind, this includes if you have purchased the incorrect size or style, please choose carefully.All items purchased on SALE are final sale.
We offer a 14 day return policy for your items, which you can return to exchange for another size / garment or receive in exchange a credit note.
However, this is only if the item is returned back to us not worn, altered or washed and still has the swing tags attached.
We can not always guarantee that another size will be available once yours is returned, therefore we will process an Online Credit Note which will be sent to you via email.
All items sent out are thoroughly checked by us packaged with care before dispatched. In the unlikely event
that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at lovebobbieandco@gmail.com and
we will organise a replacement for you. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods
fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major fault.
You will only be refunded in
full if the item cannot be repaired or replaced or if the fault is major.
Please note we do not refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act and the item is recognised as faulty by the manufacturer.
All returns postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.

HYGENE: We do not offer exchange on pierced jewellery, underwear, undergarments or swimwear, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer.
Please note Online Credit Notes are Strictly Valid for 12 Calendar Months. Online Credit Notes can be redeemed via online or in store. We are unable to offer a refund on credit notes / gift vouchers.
